Ruby Marzovilla - Advocate for Accessibility and Community Engagement

Ruby Marzovilla is a professional whose career reflects a blend of advocacy, wellness, education, and artistic creativity. Throughout her professional journey, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds while promoting accessibility, inclusion, and personal growth. Ruby Marzovilla’s ability to connect with people, solve problems, and foster collaboration has allowed her to contribute meaningfully across the fields of community advocacy, customer service, health consulting, and the performing arts.

Since 2019, Ruby Marzovilla has served as a core team accessibility lead for COLAGE National, where she helps create inclusive experiences for youth, families, volunteers, and community members. In this role, she communicates with participants regarding accessibility needs, develops individualized access plans, coordinates support services, and assists in creating environments where all individuals can fully participate.

Ms. Marzovilla is also experienced in customer service and public health support. Through her role as a customer service representative with Maximus, she assists individuals with scheduling healthcare appointments, verifying eligibility requirements, collecting necessary information, and providing responsive customer support.
